Membership and account use
Brighter Finance is a member investor-intelligence product. Members are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for making sure account information is accurate.
- Do not share login access, scrape the product, resell member content, or use the service to interfere with Brighter systems.
- We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
- Features may change as the product evolves, including dashboards, data sources, research modules, and Concierge availability.
No investment advice
Brighter Finance provides educational research, scenario context, dashboard analysis, and investor decision support. It does not provide personalized financial, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advice.
- Dashboards, thesis scores, commentary, scenarios, and alerts are not buy, sell, hold, allocation, or trading recommendations.
- Members are responsible for their own decisions and should consult qualified professionals before acting on high-stakes financial, tax, legal, or insurance matters.
- Brighter does not guarantee returns, outcomes, accuracy, completeness, uptime, or that a source-backed view will predict future market behavior.
Billing terms
Paid access is billed through Stripe. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled according to the Stripe Checkout or Customer Portal flow.
- Plan prices, renewal dates, taxes, receipts, and payment-method management are shown in Stripe-hosted billing pages.
- Access updates after verified Stripe events reach Brighter. A checkout redirect alone is not treated as proof of active membership.
- Refunds, credits, cancellations, and plan changes are handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase and any written Brighter policy in effect at that time.
Content and research use
Brighter dashboards, commentary, source mappings, research structures, and product design are for member use inside the Brighter Finance experience.
- Members may use the material for personal or internal decision support.
- Members may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or train competing systems on Brighter content without written permission.
- External source content remains owned by its original creator, publisher, platform, or rights holder.
Expert introductions and providers
Concierge introductions and provider referrals, when available, are request-led and mediated by Brighter. Providers are independent and responsible for their own services.
- An introduction is not an endorsement, guarantee, fiduciary relationship, or promise of suitability.
- Brighter may receive referral, sponsorship, or listing fees only where permitted and disclosed as appropriate.
- Members should review provider terms, credentials, conflicts, and fees before engaging any outside expert.
